The iQOO 8 series of smartphones is all set to go official on August 17 in China. Moreover, going by previous leaks and reports, quite a bit is known about the upcoming smartphones. Now, the iQOO 8 series has been spotted on the 3C certification website. This reveals the charging speeds of the device.
The iQOO 8 series has been listed on 3C with model numbers of V2141A and V2136A, respectively. Additionally, the listing reveals that the upcoming series will boast a whopping 120W fast charging support. Besides, a third smartphone with the model number V2144A has also been spotted online. This particular device is believed to be the Vivo X70 which has been listed to feature 44W fast charging support.
According to previous reports, the 8 series of devices was expected to come with 160W fast charging support. However, the 3C certification listing definitely suggests something else. Going by that, the devices can be expected to max out at 120W fast charging support.

iQOO 8 Specifications (Expected)
The iQOO 8 will most likely come with a QHD+ E5 AMOLED LPTO display. Moreover, it will be a 10-bit display with a fast 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the refresh rate will also come with dynamic adjustability which automatically sets between 1Hz to 120Hz depending on the content.

Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC. The octa-core flagship chipset will pair up with 12GB of RAM and 4GB of virtual memory. Additionally, the smartphone will come with 256GB of internal storage. On the software front, the iQOO 8 will run on Android 11 right out-of-the-box.
The iQOO 8 is expected to pack a 4,500mAh battery along with 120W fast charging support. The smartphone will also pack all the essential connectivity options. These include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and USB Type-C port for charging. Additionally, the handset will also come with NFC support.
