Government launches MyGov Corona Helpdesk on WhatsApp for alerting citizens & disseminating information.” The WhatsApp number issued in the public interest by mygov.in is +91-9013151515. Citizens will just need to add the said number into their contact list and send a customary ‘Hi’ to get a response from the helpline portal. The helpline desk will respond by providing a helpline number 011-23978046, a toll-free number 1075 and email- ncov2019@gov.in to contact in case of emergency.
