The latest Huawei Y9a has a 3D arc design alongside a nano-textured surface. Moreover, there is a 40W fast charging support as well. Going by the specifications, the Huawei Y9a seems like a toned-down version of the Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus which was launched in China last week. Furthermore, the latest smartphone has the MediaTek Helio G80 unlike the Dimensity 720 on the earlier model.

Huawei Y9a Specifications And Features
The Huawei Y9a features a 6.63-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Furthermore, it is a TFT display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, the smartphone runs on Android 10 OS alongside the EMUI 10.1 user interface.
On the processor front, the dual-sim smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. The octa-core chipset is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the internal storage is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. The smartphone also has an 8GB RAM variant but, it is limited to the Middle-East, Asia-Pacific and some Middle-Asian regions.
On the camera front, the Huawei Y9a has a quad rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor. The setup also includes an 8-megapixel secondary wide-angle lens sensor and two other 2-megapixel sensors. The 2-megapixel sensors are for depth and macro shooting respectively. On the front, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel selfie pop-up shooter.

The Huawei Y9a packs a 4,300mAh battery which comes with up to 40W Huawei SuperCharge support as well. This is for the global markets and there are certain changes for the other markets. The variant in the Middle East, Africa, and some countries in the Middle Asia packs a 4200 mAh battery with up to 22.5W fast charging support.
Price And Availability
Unfortunately, the price and availability details of the Huawei Y9a have not been revealed. However, we do get to know about the color options of the device from its online listing. The listing on the company’s official website reveals the Midnight Black, Sakura Pink and Space Silver color options. Moreover, it also suggests that the global availability of the smartphone is right around the corner.
