When you book your device’s pickup on Cashify, we send you our agent’s contact information by SMS and email. To coordinate, our agent should contact you. In the event of a delay, you can contact the agent for an update on your pickup time.
Alternately, there’s always Cashify customer support. Get in touch with Cashify via support@cashify.in or chat, and we’ll ensure that your pickup delay is resolved at the earliest.

Cashify Repair technician will directly accept the cash after the repair is complete, or transfer the money online via PayTM or an IMPS Bank Transfer or via UPI.
At the time of booking your appointment, you will be shown the amount that will be charged for repairing your phone.
Cashify Repair will not be asking for payments unless you are entirely satisfied with the service Cashify Repair has provided you.
It is quite improbable that the invoice would be shared late. All bills are sent to your Cashify Repair account’s registered email address. If you haven’t received your invoice, please phone us at 7290068900 and we’d be happy to resend it.
Cashify sends all users an invoice for their mobile phone repair service. The invoice will contain the amount charged for the screen replacement and can be used later to claim warranty services if the need arises. It will be sent to the email address registered on your Cashify Repair account. This invoice will be shared with you after the screen repair has been conducted up to your satisfaction.

Once you’ve completed registration and signed up on the Cashify Repair website:
In some cases, you may not be able to get your desired time slot as we may have our hands full with repairs. Please select the next most convenient time for your repair in such a case.
Unfortunately, Cashify Repair does not currently allow you to delete your account. Simply log out of your Cashify Repair account from the website to cease utilising it. If you don’t want to hear from us anymore, simply write an email to support@cashify.in and we’ll take it from there.
When you open the Cashify app, the main page will greet you with the device you have logged in with. Below it, you’ll notice the brand and model and the price your equipment can be sold for. If it is not the device you want to sell, you may either swipe tap in the top bar to search for it, or just search for it in the category of your choice – mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and so on. Choose your device’s brand, followed by the model’s name. Cashify will then ask you for information about the status and condition of your devices, such as the display, speakers, Wi-Fi, battery, and warranty status.
