- If you haven’t received your Voucher payment, this may have occurred if you provided an incorrect mobile number. Vouchers are sent to the mobile number stored on your Cashify profile. If you would like to receive the payment for your phone in the form of an Amazon Gift Card, select the Voucher payment method. Cashify will then share voucher codes with you after a successful sale.
The value of these vouchers can be loaded onto your account on Amazon. Voucher payout values may be higher than that of other payment options, and you will be paid the entire amount via the voucher. For example, if you sell your smartphone for Rs 10,000 and select a voucher with an extra 7% value, you will receive a voucher worth Rs 10,700.
After the agent is satisfied with the state of the device and the condition is verified, the amount is paid via a transfer of the voucher to your registered email address. There are other payment options, such as cash and wallets, supported by Cashify.
To confirm the transaction, Cashify will text an OTP (one-time password) to your registered mobile number for confirmation. The voucher is then sent to your mobile number. Please provide a valid mobile number.
Using coupons, you can earn extra money to sell your device. This will be paid via the payment method you select (Instant Cash, Bank Transfer, Vouchers, Wallets)
The Bank Transfer payment method involves Cashify making the payment for your used device directly to your bank account. Cashify’s agent will verify your device’s condition with the information you provided and initiate the payment via an instant transfer to your bank account.
After the transaction completes successfully, Cashify texts you an OTP. This OTP is to confirm that the exchange has occurred, after which the transfer is made to your account by our representative.
The Instant Cash payment method, refers to Cashify making the payment for your device in cash. The Cashify agent will be handing you the cash payment for your used device at the time of the pickup. Before completing the payment, the Cashify agent will verify the condition of your device with the information you submitted at the time of scheduling the pickup.

You have complete control over the transaction as a Cashify customer. You have the option to cancel the sale, reschedule it, or even decline our price at any time. If there is a difference between the price offered to you and the one quoted by us, it could be due to one of the following causes. If you are unhappy with the price, you can cancel the deal at any time. However, we’d like to point out that your device’s price is likely to be the best and most reasonable on the market!
Following the completion of a sale, Cashify receipts are automatically generated and emailed to the purchaser at their registered email address. They could be delayed owing to technical issues or:
1. You must have entered an incorrect email address in our records.
2. You must have not provided an email address to Cashify.
Your device’s value depreciates over time owing to a multitude of causes. Its age, the value of the brand, and supply and demand. Certain brands may fast lose resale value, but practically all devices will lose part of their worth as they age.
