After unveiling their first 200MP camera smartphone in the form of Galaxy S23 Ultra, tech giant Samsung is likely developing four new sensors.
This lineup also includes a massive 440MP camera, claims a tipster, but it’s unclear if that sensor is indeed meant for smartphones.
Popular tipster Revegnus on X (Twitter) said that the South Korean tech giant is likely working on four different camera sensors
They include a 50MP ISOCELL GN6 sensor, a 200MP HP7 sensor, an unnamed 320MP sensor and a 440MP HU1 sensor.
It is not known if the sensor will be used in smartphones or not, and there are chances that it might be intended for other areas.
