NearDrop provides the Mac equivalent of Nearby Share for free, You have to install it in your Mac.

Double-click the file you want to share, then edit extensions by adding NearDrop from the menu.

Choose "NearDrop" from the share menu, and your Mac will begin searching for Android phones using Nearby Share.
