Ban Alert: Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 Officially Banned in the U.S

President Joe Biden's administration has chosen not to veto the ban on Apple selling the Watch Series 9 and Watch Ultra 2 in the US.

Apple removed both devices from its website on December 21st and ceased sales in its stores after December 24th in compliance with the ITC's decision.

The ITC ban only impacts Apple stores in the US, allowing customers to still purchase the Watch Series 9 or Watch Ultra 2 at other retailers.

Apple will continue selling the Watch SE, which lacks a blood oxygen sensor and is therefore unaffected by the ban.
