Terms and Conditions

  • Cashify Gift Card(s) (referred to as "Cashify Gift Cards") are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Qwikcilver") , a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards.
  • The additional exchange value of up to Rs. 1500/- is applicable against a purchase of only one iPhone
  • The Cashify Gift Cards issued can be used for purchase of any product across Select Apple Premium Resellers.
  • Cashify Gift Cards will be valid for a period of 1 (One) year from the Date of activation.
  • Cashify Gift Cards is a Prepaid card and cannot be exchanged for Cash.
  • Cashify Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on the Cashify website for products/services.
  • If the order value is less than the amount of the Cashify Gift Cards, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) can be used for subsequent transactions till its validity.
  • If the order value is more than the amount of the Cashify Gift Cards, the balance amount needs to be paid by the customer through other modes of payment.
  • The quoted value for the Trade-in device is subject to change on final evaluation by Cashify's Field Executive at Customer's doorstep.
  • In case the Order is cancelled by the Customer within the timeframe as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy, wherein the Customer has redeemed the Cashify Gift Cards, at participating Apple Premium Resellers, in such scenario the Customers' Cashify Gift Cards shall be credited with the amount equivalent to the redemption amount.
  • This is subject to the participating Apple Premium Reseller confirming that the Order/Bill has been cancelled at their end after which amount will be restored within 24 hours from the time the Apple Premium Reseller confirms cancellation.
  • Once the Cashify Gift Card has been sent to you, please ensure confidentiality of the card number and pin.. In the event of any misuse of Cashify e- Gift Cards due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Qwikcilver/Manak Waste Pvt Ltd (Cashify)/Apple Premium Reseller or their affiliates shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such Gift cards
  • Qwikcilver/Cashify reserves the right to cancel the Cashify Gift Cards if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
  • In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Cashify (Manak Waste Pvt Ltd) /Qwikcilver retain the right to cancel the Cashify e- GCs so issued.
  • You agree and understand that Cashify Gift Cards are a prepaid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI. Under the RBI guidelines Cashify (Manak Waste Pvt Ltd )/ Qwikcilver may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Cashify Gift Cards and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Cashify Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Cashify Gift Cards with RBI or such statutory authorities. Cashify (Manak Waste Pvt Ltd) / Qwikcilver may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Cashify Gift Cards for any such information.
  • Card balance and validity can be checked on www.wohoo.in/balenq
  • No returns and no refunds on Cashify Gift Cards.
  • No fees or charges apply to purchasing Cashify Gift Cards
  • Cashify Gift Cards cannot be reloaded / resold.
  • The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
  • Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to present both the 16 digit number card number and 6 digit pin at the participating Apple Premium Reseller store at time of payment. Apple Premium Reseller executive will check the balance of the card and proceed with billing.
  • There is no restriction on the number of Cashify Gift Cards that can be redeemed in a single bill at the participating Apple Premium Reseller store.
  • Additional or Extra exchange value over the Cashify Gift Cards can be redeemed at the participating Apple Premium Reseller.
  • Blocking of the card requests will only be considered from the purchaser of the Cashify Gift Cards.

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
